Alec Erwin, previously South African minister of public enterprises and an associate professor of Economics at the University of Cape Town, will be attending the African Business Leaders Forum (ABLF) in Accra in November, as a panelist and speaker.
“The Ghana economy on the move, and I’m going because I will meet with a group of people who are interested in translating new ideas into new actions in Africa. The time is now for Africa to take full responsibility for its development and it can do this by tapping the experience and intellect of its people.
Erwin was the South Africa’s Minister of Public Enterprises from April 2004 to September 2008.
